What goes wrong
App continuously crashes every time I try to open it.
Just made an account and had tickets transferred but when trying to get parking passes it goes in circles telling me that my account is not in their system.
Fees are outrageous.
Deserves 0 stars. this app is the most clunky, impossible to navigate app ever.
No possibility to select mobile tickets no option to enter the discount code I was provided by the venue - clearly rigged
What goes well
Easy and fast way to find an event. Checkout was so easy and payment options are a plus.
Love this app
They have made a great upgrade to the application. It works much better than in the past. I like the accuracy and upgrades.
I love the app affordable prices
good service but the app was too sensitive in its bot controls in my experience, which I guess is a good thing but it kicked me out when I was deciding between different games

I have almost £300 of tickets for me and my friends sitting on my account for an upcoming concert and I CANNOT LOG IN TO THE APP, no matter what I do.
Banned without cause
Fraudulently charged my account for $500 - I called the day this happened and they told me they can't do anything about it because they have no record of the transaction.

My best friend told me to get tickets to this game. I wasn’t able to use the passcode so either way I paid for the ticket and it was quite reasonable and I hear it’s supposed to be a spectacular game.
Worst app going could not transfer tickets to my kids they just vanished into the cloud Shocking
