What does a free account open?
Every tab of every public report and comparison, and of reports you run yourself on any app or game: every theme with its quotes, reasons for quitting, feature requests, the platform, tenure and rating splits, the last 90 days of trend and the first reviews behind each number. Pro adds the deeper figures on each tab: the stars each theme costs, its severity mix and share on each store, every audience split, the whole trend, every Explorer filter and sort, and the version table. On a free account they show blurred, with what each one would tell you.
What counts as a review?
Each review judged in a report or refresh counts once, even if the answer came from our cache.
What does Max add besides higher limits?
Written analysis and counted reasons. On your Max reports, LLMs read the counts Jev's answers produced and write what they mean: what to fix first, what people value, who feels it most and what changed, plus the reasons on each side of an Ask. They never write a figure or a quote themselves: code fills those in from the report. Inside the top themes, an LLM proposes candidate reasons, Jev judges each review of the theme against them, and code counts each reason with a likely range. Max also writes the opening of your weekly digest and a note on each alert, turns plain words into Explorer filters, and suggests Ask questions.
Can I use OneStar from Claude, Codex or Cursor?
Yes, on Pro and Max, in beta. Connect any MCP client to your account and it can read your reports, search the reviews behind them, keep notes on a report and save comparisons. It can also start reports, refreshes, Asks, lenses and custom categories your own model drafted, and track reports, each after you approve an estimate. Reading costs no reviews; what it starts counts against the same monthly allowance as the app, under limits you set for each connection.
Can I keep notes on a report?
Yes, on every plan. Dated notes sit on a report's Overview, private to you and never on a shared page. An assistant you connected can add them too, marked with its name.
What happens at my limit?
We offer a smaller sample that fits, when one fits. Cached and public reports always open.
Who handles tax and invoices?
Polar is our merchant of record. It charges the right tax and sends your receipts.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from Settings. Your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I switch between Pro and Max?
Yes, from Manage billing in Settings. Polar prorates the difference.
