What goes wrong
Many scammers. Not sure even the 5 star sellers are safe to buy from. Seen some dodgy Pokémon packs. Had hits that were never sent.
I heard good things about this app, but unfortunately, I ordered four things and did not receive any of them and there was very little communication on what was going on.
As soon as I stupidly did so my account was charged ca $40!
Horrible customer service
NO FREE AD SPEND I HAD PLENTY OF INVENTORY AND WAS BASICALLY PAYING TO GIVE STUFF AWAY DIDINT MAKE A SINGLE DIME MORE FAVORABLE TO THE BIG SELLERS JUST DO TIK TOK OR BE PREPARED TO LOSE MONEY...

I love whatnot and have spent more hours and money than I thought I would! Great deals but it can get away from you! Ive never been scammed but beware! Great giveaways and great deals! Love whatnot!
I have been scammed by whatnot I have been selling my hand made craft on there and all of a sudden they band my account and are refusing to give me my money that I earned they are trying to claim...
When I first found this app, I thought it was great. As a disabled person that can’t get out of the hospital I was able to find clothes Blu-rays food etc. without leaving the house.
