What goes wrong
Far too expensive
I’m guessing a recent update that forgot about functionality in favor of UGLY And inoperable design.
A lot of the food I eat doesn't have a way for me to record it in grams. I prefer this way of measuring since grams is more accurate than measuring spoons. This makes the app almost unusable to me.
Any thing I click on the dashboard is followed by multiple pop ups saying backend problems, logging issue, storage problem etc like it’s a bug.
this app used to be good but it's so bloated with ads it is now unusable. you have to watch an advertisement before adding each food item you scan!
What goes well
Great app! This help me lose weight gradually. Thanks.
I’ve tried so many APPs. “Lose It” is the best one so far. The technology is user-friendly and navigates smoothly.
I’ve been using this app for about a year now and I love it
There are large varieties of food that i can log everyday unlike other apps where the foods are not that diverse.
great app..Just like weight watchers without the costly monthly fees

Wildly inaccurate and incomplete nutritional info.

Free trial and could t cancel. App didn’t show up under subscriptions and now charged $80 for a bad app
Had to reset my phone and despite being logged in on the app it's lost days worth of data.

I paid for the premium version and I have been paying for it for almost 3 years now. It’s super intuitive, doesn’t have any clutter, and it’s pretty easy to use. I’ve lost north of 20 pounds using it.
The update doesn't track workouts on samsung health after July 31. I have tried everything on their website even talking to the bot. I followed all of their instructions. FIX THE APP!
I record my BP on the device I use to measure it, then transfer it to this app. This was convenient as I could enter data at the end of the day, recording the times it was recorded.
