Notion is my go-to app on desktop however the app has a horrible bug where I’m unable to type using the magic keyboard on my iPad rendering the entire app unusable.
Even though I keep updating this app, it never works and keeps loading. I can’t type.
It automatically switches you to a plan that pays and charges you without permission for years. Truly toxic and can’t get a support for refund. Really toxic app.
Lost all my work several times because nothing gets saved (not even locally).
Cannot recover 12 months of daily/ private notes after updating app.

I can't live without it now, it's just so helpful for me as a therapist. I can give my clients my full attention, and I get helpful summaries and therefore keep a consistent client file.
