What goes wrong
locked out of my account and they give no resnable way to recover access
Way too many bugs and glitches in the app that cause you to lose out on a lot of money. Be careful using this app. You can lose your entire savings with Robinhood.
No portfolio transfer in or out, no trading of any ETFs at all, FX fees, terrible filling prices for orders.
They promote all of the riskiest and most addictive products so they benefit as they harm their clients.
Anyways, horrible company with horrible customer service.

Very easy to understand and I love the very clear operations and buttons
this is the only app i’ll ever use for stocks

runs well, data is always current and accurate. live data streaming is a smooth experience and rarely needs manual refresh of the app.
Great experience for trading stocks, options, crypto and now even prediction markets. One of my favorite apps out there

For one simple, easy, and basic transfer, Robinhood charged me $100 without me even knowing. You must have my permission before you could do something like this.
Got an email saying my account will close, went to log in, no email or password will work, no way to retrieve password, will lose account from poor app design.
Anyways, horrible company with horrible customer service.

been using robinhood for years and they just keep improving and renovation. I use their credit card, banking, IRA, and obviously investing account. very exciting to see where they'll be in the future.
B's they froze my personal spending funds and want me to use their banking portion of the app in order to reaccess my own money
