What goes wrong
its a wrost app in delivering items very very late never trust i lost my 168 $ stupid calll service says they will reschedule but responed 4 days its been still i didn't get my item
App has been unusable since update. Starts up and crashes before home page finishes loading. Seriously it's pictures, text and some buttons.
I haven’t used the app in a month, and apparently, they charged me $150 for some membership I NEVER signed up for and there’s no way to get that money back.
This app is a crар, eng is not available in Mexico app
My account got hacked and Amazon is not helping at all.

I really like the app!
Amazon Shopping South Africa has completely changed online shopping for the better.
The app is easy to navigate, makes finding products simple, and the ordering process is quick and straightforward.
It is amazing there is almost every thing on there like squishys, clothes, school stuff, and more for me there is no problem at all I use it a lot but I kinda like shein but Amazon is better

I love the app, but it’s 2026 & they don’t have a Dork mode option in the settings!!!! What a fail ! I stopped shopping prime day deals because I was blinded by the app last night. Lost sales.
