What goes wrong
Least functional app I've ever used. lists doesn't work. search doesn't work. cart doesn't work. nothing works. it's always been like this with no improvement
It will not let me sign in because my name doesn't match the primary card holder, who is currently in another state and unreachable (we are a multi member household).
No scan and go option. The item location lookup is either wrong or doesn't work most of the time. App is basically useless. The lack of scan and go is enough to push a person back to Sam's or BJ's.
The Costco app is so unbelievably slow, it's completely unusable. Literally insane for any app to be this slow in 2025

It won't even find a store near me - and I even search the exact store. What a shame! Get with it Costco! Update... I tried again. The latest ad hints at additional deals online. I wanted to compare.
Saw something I wanted to buy one of my grandsons and decided to order it. Have never ordered from Costco online. It was so easy and fast. Will definitely be buying more online now. Thumbs up!
