What goes wrong
App is usually ok, though slow and a bit clunky in responsiveness, but went to try to use it today and it crashed at least 10 times and just down. Already had latest version. Now completely unusable.
you can't find anything on the app.my insurance is linked to it for the free OTC products every month. I can't find it on there anywhere oh well guess I lost this months too
I put an order in for $77 and I put my address in and I don't know how they screwed up but it was delivered to another address.
can no longer login after many years of use.
This app just doesn't allow for you to ADD a prescription via barcode or rx number. Completely useless.

I really like this app because it makes it extremely easy for me to order my prescriptions, view any side effects it might give, and get any prescription inquiry including getting an actual update...
until I can actually manage my kids prescriptions online it won't be helpful. has the option to add family but then it brings me back to my own medication. please fix it already
Love the CVS app. Especially the 20 minute or less exercise videos! So innovative!!
