Total mess ! Waited for delivery for a month and nothing ever came . Have no where to put a claim for my order . Don’t get scammed

app used to be great now all it does is sit on a white loading screen saying can't connect issues on our side.

I have been scammed more than once using this app they need to do better in screening the vendors they allow to sell through their app.

This app put through a purchase that had been sitting in my cart for three months without my authorization.

Lacks basic functionality, can’t change shipping address/request modification through the app and directs to merchant, may as well work directly with merchant instead of this middleman Shopify.

I always get my parcels on time and delivered in great condition also fast I would recommend to anyone.

First time ordering via Shop and it was horrible. Ordered Ella Langley gear on Sept 14th for my daughter’s birthday who is away at college. Contacted Shop numerous times as to the status of my order.

I love this app. I have gotten a ton of deals on my art supplies in the past 3 months. If you like saving money this app is where it's at!
