What goes wrong
Someone was able to get into the car before we got to the car and drove off without us. Couldn’t connect to support on the app.
Need accessibility features turned on in the app
wasn't even able to get into the app due to the sign in process. tried repeatedly and it refused to sign me in.
I am not able to see the home screen even after login in.
Charges as much as Waymo. No way I'll pay that much. If I'm going to risk life and limb in a Tesla, there had better be a discount.
What goes well
AC in car set to very comfortable temp. Drove great. Minded all the speed limits and road rules. Best “driver” I have ever had in any taxi/Uber experience!

We had a bad experience with the Robotaxi this evening. I ordered a car for myself and my two children. I was notified by the safety driver that children are not allowed to ride in a Robotaxi.
On holiday in Miami I tried the Tesla Robotaxi a few times in the Model Y. Try sitting shotgun first if you’re apprehensive but by the second time I preferred the back. Bring it to London!
