What goes wrong
Shocking lack of customer support and broken promises – closing both our accounts I am writing this review to warn others about the appalling level of customer service at Monzo.
I like its easy to use but I don't like the cost to but cash in or the cost of taking it out its not fair and if I new I wouldn't have bothered having
Worst bank in the world they closed my account today for no reason I received my wages as normal paid my rent then my account was closed with my money and now I cant access a penny they won't even...
They have lots of hidden fees that they do not make you very clearly aware of.
Refused to pay the £100.

Easy to use app, great for purchases

I love my Monzo card. I use it when I’m out or ordering online as I feel safer. Knowing it’s not my main account . So on holiday I’m not worried about losing it.
Easy to use, easy to transfer money abroad and the children have their own cards which I can monitor.
Very useful business banking - gives me instant analysis of income and expenditure.
