Built for Trustpilot

Made for how customers review a company

Trustpilot reviews are about orders, deliveries, refunds and the people who answered the phone. Reports read them against themes written for that.

  • The score beside the words

The company's Trustpilot score sits next to the stars of the customers who wrote in the report's window, with the gap in plain words.

  • Who will not order again

Customers who say they will not buy or order again count toward why people leave, and the complaints they name are counted with them.

  • Support against the real problem

A review about a refund that never came and the support that did not help counts both, so you can see whether people are angry at the problem or at how it was handled.

  • Company replies

Reviews the company answered are split from the ones it left, and the company's card says how often and how fast it replies.

  • A history that grows

Trustpilot gives the newest 200 reviews of a company at a time. Each refresh of a tracked report adds the reviews since the last one, so the trend gets longer every week.

  • Scam claims counted apart

Reviewers who say the company is a scam or took money for nothing are their own theme, so a run of them stands out from ordinary delivery trouble.

Every tab of a report opens on a free account. Tracking, alerts and the deeper figures on each tab, such as audience splits and the detail inside each theme, need Pro.

Company themes

Themes written for companies

Company reviews are read against their own list, so a parcel marked delivered that never came, a charge after cancelling or a frozen account is counted as what it is. A review that fits none goes to other or unsure, and both stay visible.

What customers complain about

Each complaint gets one main theme, and the report also counts every other theme a review mentions.

What a Trustpilot report reads, and what it leaves out

Trustpilot lists a company's newest 200 reviews at a time, so a first report reads those, and on a busy company that can be a few days. Tracking the report adds the reviews since each refresh, so its history grows from there.

Reports read reviews in the language they were written in and list the languages they read. The themes were checked on English reviews.

Reviews are read from the company's public Trustpilot page. There is no business account to connect and nothing to install, which is also why a rival works as well as your own company.

A free account gets 3 report runs a month of up to 500 reviews each and 1,500 reviews a month in all, with no card. Pro is $19 a month or $190 a year and adds every figure on every tab, tracked companies with alerts by email and Slack, Compare and Ask the reviews. Max is $49 a month or $490 a year for larger reports, more tracked companies and written analysis. See pricing.

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly

Every company with a page on OneStar is listed in Companies, with its Trustpilot rating and public reports.

Reviewing a restaurant, hotel or attraction? See the Google review analyzer.

Working on an app instead? See the App Store and Google Play review analyzer.

Can I analyze a company I do not run?

Yes. Trustpilot reviews are public, so any company with a Trustpilot page works, yours or a rival's, with nothing to connect. On Pro, Compare puts two to four companies side by side on the same themes, each with its own score.

How many reviews does a report read?

The newest 200 on Trustpilot at the time it runs, which is all Trustpilot gives at once. Tracking a report on Pro refreshes it daily, weekly or monthly, and each refresh adds the reviews since the last one, so the trend covers more than 200 reviews over time.

How is this different from the Trustpilot score?

The score sums up every review, weighted the way Trustpilot chooses. A report reads what recent reviewers say: whether they complain about delivery, refunds, charges or support, what they praise, and who says they will not order again. Two companies with the same score can be failing for different reasons.

Can it reply to Trustpilot reviews for me?

No. OneStar reads public reviews and counts what they say. Company replies are counted, but they are written and posted on Trustpilot itself.

Can I see my app's store reviews and my Trustpilot page together?

Not in one report yet. App reviews and company reviews are read against different themes, so an app and a company are separate products on OneStar, each with its own reports.

Can I ask about a company's reviews from Claude, Codex or Cursor?

Yes, on Pro and Max, in beta. Connect your assistant to OneStar over MCP and it can read your company reports, search the reviews behind them and start a refresh once you approve an estimate in reviews.

See what your customers are really saying.

Search for any company once you are signed in, or start free: 3 report runs a month of up to 500 reviews each and 1,500 reviews a month in all. No card needed.
